Turtle without Wheel Suspension ?

Hi Guys,

We had a look at your design and were a little bit astonished about its simplicity. So maybe you can answer my question.

Did you ever had problems with a broken gear shaft, because your wheels are directly connected to it (without any suspension)? Or maybe a broken gear, caused by the form-fit fixture of the gear onto your robot ground plate?

Hey,

That's really rare, as far as I know it happens only once or twice per year that we have to replace a motor/gearbox of one of the robots.
